The pinkhouse groupsite was started very recently after a discussion thread at FireDogLake.com made it clear there are a significant numbers of Progressives who feel completely left out of the loop and ignored by the current Democratic Party leadership. Discussions revealed the need to have a place for further discussions on that, possible future direct action, and others typical for gatherings of the political left.

Social networks are a new class of websites that empower people to come together and make things happen. It's powered by Groupsite.com and combine the most useful features of traditional websites, blogs, collaboration software and social networks.

pinkhouse will be a public meeting place that provides members of the pinkhouse groupsite with a shared calendar, discussion forums, member profiles, photo gallery, file storage and more. We encourage you to upload your photo, complete your profile and participate!
